Feature
Agents
An agent is an AI helper built for one real job, such as a museum guide, a field coach, or an inspection assistant. It talks by voice, sees through a camera or a simulation, and works from your documents.
What an agent is made of
- Instructions: documents with its role, goals, tone, and limits, plus optional opening instructions.
- Agent stack: the model and voice, such as Gemini Live or OpenAI Realtime.
- Tools, skills, and files: what it can do and know.
- Triggers: rules for speaking up on its own.
- Spaces and a simulation: the places it works in.
The easiest way to make or change one is to ask Builder.
Status and access
Status is Draft, Training, or Live. Access is Organization only (the default) or Anyone with the link.
A Live agent open to anyone can be tried without signing in, by adults 18 and older. Those sessions belong to your organization, visitors see only the name and picture, and file tools are off. Keep secrets out of instructions: a model may repeat them.
Templates on the New agent page are starting points; each new agent gets its own copy. Sample agents are public agents anyone can try before signing in, and their sessions are never recorded. Built-in agents, such as Builder, are part of the product.
Run an agent
Choose Run on an agent's card. A run is a live session, the same kind the phone and glasses apps open. Pick what the agent sees from the menu on the stage: a Simulation of its place, or your Camera. You can switch during the session.
On a phone, a run looks like the mobile apps: the camera fills the screen, with the conversation over it and the controls in one bar at the bottom.
