Feature
Simulations
A simulation lets you try an agent in a 3D version of its place before taking it into the field.
A simulation connects an agent to one or more spaces, with where the visitor starts and how they move. When you run the agent in the web app, you can walk through the simulation and talk to the agent as if you were there, or switch to your camera.
Use a simulation to check:
- whether the agent understands the place and the task
- whether its instructions, files, and tools are enough
- how it behaves as what it sees changes
- whether its triggers fire at the right moments
Simulation does not replace field testing. It makes field testing more focused by catching basic problems earlier.
Technical
- An agent links one simulation. A simulation holds environments, and each environment stages one space plus the scenario for that spot. An environment without a space shows nothing.
- Start positions are markers placed in the space.
- A simulation run uses the same server session as the phone and glasses apps.
